Design Services

Design and planning 

• Meet with owner to establish design concept and goals 

• Space planning and architectural detail development 

• Prepare drawings and other materials to generally illustrate the suggested interior design concepts including color schemes and finishes 

• Prepare a furniture plan showing the location of furnishings and rugs including owners existing furniture as well as proposed items
• Meet with builder and subcontractors on site as needed 

• Review electrical plan and shop drawings by others 

Fixture and Finish Specifications 

• Interior finish specifications for: trim carpentry, cabinetry, door styles and hardware, flooring materials and design, tile materials and design, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and placement, wall finishes and colors 

• Exterior finish selections including materials, color and application, such as: stone, brick, wrought iron, siding, roofing, awnings and, pavers
•  Prepare drawings for builder and subcontractors to illustrate design and material application

Architectural Services

• Conceptual architectural building and site plans
• Interior architecture and design services
• Detail project budgets and planning and consultation
• Construction documents and specifications
• Coordination and review of consultants contracted by owner
• Permitting process facilitation 

 Construction Phase Services

• Project contract administration
• Site visits
